Every couple of years or so I go on a climbing trip with a world-class German guide. Aside from having become great friends, we have made the summits of some of the world's most famous mountains. On each of these climbs he has guided me with the utmost care and sound judgment.

Through the years, it's occurred to me that an exceptional real estate broker performs in much the same way - carefully guiding clients every step of the way in buying their ideal home or selling an existing property.

Rather than turning this website into the usual real estate dog 'n pony show, I simply wanted to use it to make this straight-forward mission statement: "As your broker, I will help you through every step of a transaction, watching out for you forthrightly, with honesty and integrity, ."

It's a tried and true approach - no sales tricks, just the straight scoop - that my buyers and sellers seem to like, as about three quarters of my business each year is repeat or referral, all of it from the good-will created by treating people right.
